THE WHOLE STORY
Joining Forces.
I started my videography business in 2020... it was right after a big Covid layoff at my full time job, and like a lot of people I know, I took an opportunity to explore my options. I thought I'd try out a few backyard, small covid weddings and see how I liked it. Well... I felt like a duck in water. Being creative and preserving peoples memories while getting to tell incredible stories brings me immense joy. I've never been more fulfilled in any job than I am creating wedding films.
It seems like a strange coincidence that my two dearest friends of my adult life happen to be a wedding photographer and a makeup artist. After a few years of collaborating as much as we could, working together and apart and each gaining success in our own right, we decided it was time to join forces.
I've personally filmed, edited and delivered over 150 weddings as of June of 2023. I've learned a ton as I continue to grow in my business. One of the biggest and most important lessons I've learned is that working well with the other members of the vendor team can make or break a day. I'm proud to say that I've never had a terrible experience with another vendor. This is because I am adamant about being kind, communicating effectively, respecting my peers and maintaining my number one goal which is capturing beautiful moments, and preserving memories.
When I work with a fantastic vendor team, we are all elevated, and the client receives the best out of all of us. The Whole Story was born out of a desire to cut out the guess work and the overwhelming vendor search, and put trust in a team. We cut out the middle man, communicate effectively with each other and create a seamless, headache-free experience for our clients.
